I always thought that the night before Halloween, Devil's Night, was a horrible night. People play pranks, set things on fire, and generally cause a nuisance on Devil's Night. Or so I thought. Apparently, while a lot of people do play pranks and things on Devil's Night here, such shenanigans are nowhere near as severe as in Flint (which I, in my naivete, took to be the norm).
In Flint, there is so much arson on Devil's Night that the city has lost pressure in its entire was system. That means there were a goodly number of fires being put out. I love my hometown area...
